New Matrix Enhancements Now Available: CMA Time Stamp and Auto Email Campaigns

October 13, 2011  |  by Anne

Based on your feedback, we are excited to announce two new additions to Matrix!

New CMA Time Stamp! The bottom of every CMA page now has a time stamp that clearly indicates the date that the CMA was prepared on.   Previously the CMA time stamp was only printed on the CMA coverpage, but thanks to your feedback it’s now incorporated on every CMA page.  See the image below or create a CMA now to see the new change. Keep the feedback coming, let us know what additional CMA changes you would like made.

Improved Auto Email Responses! Auto email responses for you and your clients have been updated.  Auto emails to clients now clearly indicate that the listing URL will expire in 60 days instead of 30 days.  You will now receive an email notification if a client hasn’t viewed their Matrix Email+ in 45 days. If you get a notification like this, you can give your client a phone call or simply re-enable the auto email campaign and send them a new Matrix Email+ link.

Your feedback is important to us, and we take every suggestion into consideration.  Monthly reports are compiled from suggestions we hear out in the field, on a Support Center call or chat, through social media and via suggest@mris.net.  So keep the feedback coming and tell us what we can improve to meet your business needs.

  1. HELEN KNG says:

It would be helpful to put a "SUBJECT or Comment Line on the top of the each page of EVERY REPORT WHICH PUTS THE THOUGHT WE WANT TO CONVEY ON THE TOP OF EACH PAGE. i HAVE TO WRITE MY COMMENT, ETC IN LONG HAND…IF THERE WAS A BLOCK OR AREA THAT WE COULD TYPE SUCH A SUBJECT…IT WOULD LOOK MORE PROFESSIONAL.

  2. well, this is really a nice post.I really like the way you start and conclude your thoughts. Thank you so much for this information.
