About Karla

Karla, the new events and education intern, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Spanish Studies from McDaniel College. At McDaniel, she co-founded the “Sophisticated Ladies & Gentlemen’s Club” to promote diversity through organized events to showcase the diversity of the student body. She also promoted school spirit as a Green Terror cheerleader. Born in El Salvador, Karla loves the summer and Latin cuisine. Three things she can’t live without: Hot Fries, Forever 21 and her phone.
