As I read this in today’s Fast Company, I could not help but think that we’re heading (and may already be there) towards the “I know all about you” economy. In my view, a professional real estate agent is the most competent service provider to help real estate buyers and sellers attain their needs. And now “The Google” sweeps in and captures “everything about everybody” our searches, mapping requests, Google checkout, Gmail, Gmail phone, Google docs. Don’t get me wrong, I love convenience, but I have to ask at what point convenience becomes something else.

Real estate professionals would be wise to learn more about this seismic trend and understand how it applies to our professional and personal lives!
