By now we are confident you have greatly enjoyed the recent upgrades to your ActiveAgent and ActiveAgent Professional sites! From the interactive map search to the designs and ability to upload documents, there have been so many great additions! In addition to the new upgrades and features, MRIS is transitioning the billing of the ActiveAgent products to the GoHome Networks .
All ActiveAgent and ActiveAgent Professional users will have to provide their billing information to GoHome. MRIS is committed to protecting your financial information, and cannot give GoHome your credit card information. Good thing registering with GoHome is as easy as a click of a mouse! Simply log into your control panel and you will see a Billing Update button connecting you to a page that reiterates the new billing format and links you to a secure site where you can provide your Credit Card information. If you need help logging into your control panel, the MRIS Support Center is happy to help you.

Why are we doing this and what will change?
MRIS has a longstanding relationship with GoHome, the actual creators of the ActiveAgent products. MRIS is transitioning billing to GoHome in an effort to increase service and reduce cost. There is no price difference whatsoever, and your renewal date won’t change. The only change that you will notice is that GoHome will be billing you instead of MRIS.

Continue to contact the Support Center by phone at (301) 838-7200.If you have billing related questions, from now on feel free to call GoHome’s ActiveAgent Accounting Department (888) 682-3128 and select option 7.
