You asked for it and we listened. Compliance faxes will be a thing of the past. Based on your feedback MRIS Compliance notifications will no longer be sent via fax. Starting in late May, Compliance will begin emailing all the courtesy notices instead of faxing them. To ensure you receive these important and time-sensitive notifications, please verify your Private email address is correct. To do this, log into www.mris.com and go to MRIS Customers, My Accounts, or contact the MRIS Customer Support Center at 301 838-7200.
These emails will help inform you of issues faster and more efficiently. All notification emails will be sent to both the listing agent and their broker. Remember, resolving compliance issues upon notification will allow you to avoid compliance fines.
