Bethesda, Silver Spring, or Rockville. Which Suburb Has The Most Activity?

April 14, 2014  |  by Ellen

MD SuburbsWe’re back with another dive into the new type of data now available from rbiEXPERT. Earlier we used the new subdivision function to look at sales activity in Capitol Hill, but this time around we’re taking advantage of the other major upgrade: city-level data. Previously users could only find information by each zip code or each county, so if they wanted to discover how all the zip codes within a city were performing they would have to add them together manually.

Not anymore, folks! Now cities get just as much love as the other jurisdictions. Looking at a few of Maryland’s more popular places to live, it is pretty clear Silver Spring is winning the race for market activity. There were almost twice as many sales there last month compared to Rockville and far more than that when compared to Bethesda.

My question is why is MRIs charging agents for data they already paid for.Is bad enough that we have some many vultures that what to get into our pocket, but also mris that we paid subscription.
