Check! It’s all About Choice With The New Keystone Homepage!

April 11, 2012  |  by Tim

As the Keystone product manager, I wanted to share with you a couple of the major goals we had in creating the new Keystone Homepage.

  1. Make it faster for you to edit your listing
  2. Make it simple to find the fields you want to edit
  3. Make it available on all major browsers

We think we’ve accomplished these major goals, but you can be the judge of that. Automatically at login we display your Active, APP REG, CNTG KO, CNTG NO KO, Contract and New Listings. This eliminates the need for you to click Add or Update Listing, Search for Listing, perform a search, and choose to edit that listing, minimally 4 clicks. We also made it a user preference to determine exactly which statuses you want to display. So if you want to display your Off Market, Expired, and Sold listing, it’s your choice.

When we display the listing, we try and show the listing information you edit most often. Immediately upon login you can edit the Price, Status, Expiration Date, Photos, Documents, Virtual Tours Order, and even Open Houses without any additional searching for the listing or for the field. We made another user preference so you can add 3 additional fields that can be edited right from the Homepage. Many fields from Appliances to Zoning Codes can be added to help you see, and edit, the most important information on a listing, it’s your choice.

One last choice…want to try it out? You can watch the Keystone 100 on-demand tutorial, attend training, invite a Client Alliance Manager to your office (request an office visit), participate in beta testing when we get to your area, or just wait until it replaces old Keystone. So far, the customers who have watched the video or attended training have been very happy with the new Homepage and the choices that come with it.
