Are there other programs for automatic signatures we can use in MRIS?

  2. Greg says:

Why in the world would MRIS get us a document signing product that is not incorporated into Zipforms? This makes absolutely NO SENSE at all!

  3. MRIS_CMO says:

Greg, not to worry. Zip Forms output is easily and quickly integrated into Authentisign. We checked the market place very carefully (several times over in fact) before we selected Authentisign. Rest assured — we have folks with very recent real estate experience and focus groups evaluating things before we launch. John

  4. Ronnie says:

Any chance MRIS would consider folks with recent real estate experience and focus groups to reconsider the 'need' for 2 passwords and frequent mandatory password changes to log into MRIS/Matrix? NONE of my multiple banks require anything like this, nor does Paypal … or anyone that i know of. The MRIS line that I get, "We consulted with a Security firm that highly recommends this" … is advice that seems to have been taken and paid for by MRIS and not international banks, etc. On a positive note, at least MRIS stopped that stupid code generator we had to use to generate random passwords.

  5. LBG says:

In reading the posts…nothing that is objected to about Authenisign will be entertained. So, what is the purpose of this forum again? I could recommend 3 other companies that would interface with both and at a lower cost, yet because Authentisign has been been selected and possible kickbacks none of the others would matter. Notably, this feedback is after a selection not prior to commitment.

  6. I_forgot says:

LBG: What are the other 3 you suggest and the costs?

  7. Leah says:

I don't use Zipform, I use a similar program from Mbaiforms. Have used them for years, very satisfied and don't want to change. Will this program work with this?

  8. Al H says:

Is there a trial or money back guarantee, so we can make sure it works with our documents & procedures?

  9. Diane says:

Can Documents be easily imported from Dropbox on an iPad? It seems that Authentisign is aligned with DocBox and Docusign works with Almost everyone I know stores their PDFs in Dropbox.

  10. Nikki says:

Will there be a problem using Authentisign if an agent sends me an inital offer using one of the competors (Docusign, echosign, etc)?

  11. MRIS_Candice says:

Hi Nikki, thank you for your comment. If an agent sends you a document using a different signature program than Authentisign, you would sign it in that program. There is no need to import from one program into another.

  12. MRIS_Candice says:

AI H, there is no trial period for Authentisign. This program is designed to work easily with multiple file types like Doc, PDF and others.

  13. Dianna says:

How does it compare to docusign, which NAR endorses.

  14. MRIS_Adam says:

DocuSign and Authentisign are different "flavors" of the same market solution. Both products allow users to send documents to customers to sign electronically. Both products save users time and money. After our extensive research efforts, MRIS selected Authentisign because it is simply the "right tool for the job". Authentisign was created by real estate professionals for real estate professionals and is available to MRIS customers for only $69.00 for an entire year!
