Still waiting for that MRIS mobile app. URGENTLY NEEDED – taking way too long.
Lynn, we hear you. We've been hard at work on MRIS Mobile and have some working prototypes. This is a fast moving market and we have to balance a number of factors including difference operating systems and hardware (i.e. iPhone and Android and BlackBerry), remote security and which Matrix features can be optimized for mobile. Please keep an eye out in the MRIS Blog in coming months and you will be reading more about MRIS Mobile in the near future.
We also have some research underway on which features customers want and need. Please email Kerry Rice at firstname.lastname@example.org and she will get in touch.
I too would love to see a better mobile app, but I hear what Kerry is saying – it can’t be easy to program for all platforms. That said, let’s CRAZY kudos for a job well done with Keystone Photo Manager. Wow! What a pleasure it is to use the new Photo Manager!
I’d love to see:
1. The ability to keep two active windows open. So, if I’m looking at a list of potential houses, like say HUD’s in Balto County – I can comp a particular house in another window without making the HUD search window inactive. Right now if I open a new window and go back to the old window – the old window states “URL is old”
