Florida Considers Harsher Penalties For Violent Crimes Committed Against Real Estate Agents

dreamstime_xs_33897050There’s a bill up for vote in Florida that would increase the classification of assault and battery against agent or brokers when they are showing a home. If an act was normally considered a first-degree misdemeanor, for example, it would be increased one level to a third-degree felony.
