Mortgage people don't want to be part of this. You get it for free, but RatePlug then tells them they have to pay a fee. So it's not really free, is it? It's just another gimmick for someone (RatePlug and MRIS) to make money, and they do it by having you pressure your mortgage folks to sign up. Thanks, but no thanks!
