Product changes at MRIS are driven by customer feedback.  We take the most requested items and ensure that we are building our product road maps around what the majority of our customers are asking for.

So what is the best way to ensure that your voice is heard?

  • Be detailed: If you explain exactly what you are looking for, it makes it easier for us to understand.  Broad statements like “I don’t like it”, don’t help us to understand and deliver exactly you are looking for.
  • Be kind: We welcome customer feedback, in fact we depend on it, but we do ask that you keep it professional. 

MRIS collects customer feedback in suggestions in many different ways:

  • Blog comments
  • Facebook comments
  • Office visits
  • Events
  • Focus groups
  • Beta testers
  • Surveys
  • and more!

We gather the feedback on a monthly basis and develop detailed reports that are used across the organization.
