So what is the best way to ensure that your voice is heard?
- Be detailed: If you explain exactly what you are looking for, it makes it easier for us to understand. Broad statements like “I don’t like it”, don’t help us to understand and deliver exactly you are looking for.
- Be kind: We welcome customer feedback, in fact we depend on it, but we do ask that you keep it professional.
