Have you tried “chat” with the MRIS Support Center?

MRIS is always looking for ways to serve our customers better and meet your needs. We’ve done our homework, and as a result, the Support Center is announcing new service hours and increased availability of online Chat — now 12 hours per day—with a service representative, starting on July 1.

Look for this new button on the MRIS website homepage on July 1.

Check out our new service hours and chat hours:

Call Center

Monday – Friday              8:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Saturday – Sunday          9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Online Chat

Monday – Friday              9:00 AM to 9:00 PM

It’s likely that you’ve used online chat with other service providers — maybe your cell phone service or ISP?

Online Chat is a secure way to communicate via your computer with a helpful customer service representative. Customers can launch online Chat from the mris.com website and type questions and responses to the Support Center in a special pop-up window. MRIS has offered Chat for some time now, but has recently staff up and optimized the tool to make it easier to use and available at more times of day.
