The new reports include:
- Buyer Quick Estimated Closing Costs Report – Generate a range of five estimated closing costs/monthly payment projections based on various factors and an estimated sales price.
- Seller Quick Estimated Net Sheet Report – Generate a range of five net proceeds projections based on estimated closing cost options and a sales price less the mortgage payoff.
The information you input in the reports is only a rough estimate subject to preparation of the more detailed Web Settlement Xpress reports. Go to https://wsx.mris.com and click the Reports tab at the top of the page then select the Reports title on the left navigation menu.
