How to sell $1.5 Billion in Real Estate — Real Time Agent’s Story

Sure we all read self-help books, but many times I find myself asking “so what?” as it pertains to my personal “strategic plan” for the game of life.

So it was with real interest that I came upon this really powerful article in today’s online FORBES. “Cortazzo is Coldwell Banker’s top real estate agent in the world, with more than $1.5 billion in sales in his career, which started in 1994. He learned at an early age that when you do the right thing, it always comes back. He says that’s a key secret to his success” (Forbes, 2011)

He uses the “T” word alot (TRUST) and I’m sure any successful agent would concur that trust, along with world class tools and resources from MRIS, is the bedrock of a GREAT business model. Nothing more elaborate than that — no fancy designations, Zillion Dollar Club Memberships or extreme makeovers needed, folks!
