We’ve all heard the phrase, “The one thing you can’t change about a property is its location.” Physically speaking, that’s true, but in the most recent Keystone Homepage enhancements, the “push pin” location of your listings is easier to change than ever.
According to MRIS Product Manager Tim Campbell, thirty percent of all listings in Keystone have inaccurate locations. How could that impact business? When potential clients click on the map for one of those listings, they will see a pin that might be close to the actual location, or in some cases, not close at all, depending on the address provided. So, if clients are looking for a property in a particular location, they won’t know that your listing is close to their desired neighborhood. Unless they are interested enough in the home to try and locate it on their own, you might lose out on a potential sale.
Why take that chance when it’s so easy to update your listing locations? Watch the video and learn how easy it is!
