How to Add Your Agent Photo

You can upload your agent photo to display with your listings on, and in the Agent Search. Just as listings with photos get more attention, agents with photos get more attention.

To easily upload your agent photo:

  1. Log in to
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Upload your headshot to”

Note: Only Brokers of Record are able to upload logos to

How to Make Sure Your Contact Information is Up to Date so Consumers Can Reach You

Agents who don’t have complete or up to date contact information may miss opportunities to attract attention from consumers. Make sure your contact information reflects the way you want consumers to find you.

To review or update your contact information:

  1. Log in to
  2. Click on “My Account”
  3. Click on “Account Changes” in the left navigation
  4. Click “Change My Contact Information”

Important! Make sure that you have a phone number in the Agent Office Phone field – this is the number that is displayed on Also make sure your Public Email Address and Website are up to date. This will allow consumers to email you through and click through to your website.

    Why is the phone number displayed for me, my office phone rather than my cell phone which I have as my contact phone number?
