Matrix Monday Tip: Print, Email and Save Your Listings!

Want to print out or email your own listings to save for your records? No problem!

Click the My Listings link in Matrix. You will see Active Residential Listings as a link.  Look next to the magnifying glass at the top and click on the link, “Click here to run this as a Full Search”. Once run as a Full Search, all of the Action Buttons will appear. Select the Listing you wish to print and click the Report Button. Select the Print Options desired and click Generate.  If you need to email the listing to someone, click the Email Button, fill in the contact information and subject and then click Send.

Now you can saved, or send your own listings! A few easy steps is all it takes.

    It seems like an efficeint way to mail and print, but mostly I have to upload MLS sheets, any ideas on making that simpler …. I wonder if I could just place the MLs' URL in the "Browse" field of the site I am required to upload it to.
