Meet a valuable shortcut, the exclamation point! Simply type in “!”before City or Zip Code to exclude a search area! For example, select Montgomery, MD as your county, and type “!Rockville” as your city, and viola! You have a full return of your search criteria excluding Rockville.
The exclusion also works for Legal and Advertised Subdivision, so get searching and start excluding! It’s a great time saver!
