Monday Mobile Tip: Calling Agents With Your Agent-Branded App

Many of our customers have the MRIS Homes™ Agent Branded mobile app, and here is a question that we’ve been asked:

The Agent Branded app sends emails and phone calls to me, so how can I call the listing agent for a property my clients want to see?

Once you use the MRIS Login on the main menu and log in as an MRIS customer, the app knows that your mobile device belongs to an MRIS customer. Once the app knows you are an MRIS customer, it will no longer send calls and emails from the app to you (the branded app owner). When you view another agent’s listing in the app, you can use the Contact option to call or email the listing agent.

Since your clients never use the MRIS Login, when they use the Contact option to call or email about a property, those calls and emails will always go to you, the branded app owner.
