The Washington Post Real Estate Section has just published an article looking at what types of houses are for sale in the $750,000 price range in the DC area.

The DC area housing market is known to be one of the more expensive ones in the country so homes that cost around $750,000 are sometimes surprisingly small. But yet they move off the market in about seven days or less.
As John told the Post, “As the market started to recover, lending also got more aggressive.” The article goes on to profile several properties asking approximately $750,000 and details why the agents and/or sellers believe they will have no trouble getting that price.
