Quick Tips!

Here’s another handy MRIS-U Quick Tip taken from MRIS 101: Kick Off Your Career with MRIS. Click here to find an upcoming class at a location near you.

listingreportsnavigationDid you know that you can run reports to check for certain common compliance violations?

The Listing Compliance Report and the Listing Contingency/Expiration Report links let you proactively run reports that scan your listings for compliance violations for the following issues:

•   Contingent listings (status of CNTG KO/CNTG NO KO) with expired Contingencies
•   Status of CONTRACT, but proposed Settlement Date has passed
•   Status of APPREG for more than 45 days
•   Status of TEMPOFF for more than 21 days

If you happen to have any of these potential compliance violations, running these reports will tell you what they are and what you need to do to correct them. These links can be found in the left navigation pane on the MRIS.com/Compliance page after you’ve logged into MRIS.com.
