dreamstime_xs_7878460In case you missed it, a recent Washington Post article dug deep into last year’s housing data to provide its readers with a detailed look at some of the more popular topics within real estate.

But the Post piece also looked at a number of other themes—such as where the most and least expensive neighborhoods are, the zip codes that sell the fastest and the slowest, how the price per square foot varies around town, and many other conversation topics within the housing market. They also interviewed a number of real estate agents about specific neighborhoods, so click here to get some insider information on why some neighborhoods are gaining in popularity.

Do you work in any of the areas mentioned in the article? Tell us what you’re experiencing in the comments!
