The next time you need to change your contact information, it’s going to be even easier to do!
Gone are the days of having to login to each of the MRIS systems and applications when you need to change your contact information. You can now update mailing and billing addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers in one place.
Once you’ve logged into your MRIS account, you can access and update your contact information, and the changes you make will be made across all your MRIS subscription accounts. This one-stop access eliminates the need for multiple logins across different MRIS systems.
Another new feature of note is the address validation tool. Now, once you start filling in a field in the mailing and billing address sections, the system will suggest matches for you and can populate all the address fields based on your selections. This tool ensures that we have your correct information in our system.
How do you access the new My Account page? Exactly as you have in the past, using the My Account page on MRIS.com. You may notice the form looks a little different, but the biggest change is the reduction in time it takes to update your contact information. We’re really excited to be able to provide this enhancement for you, and we hope this saves you even more time so you can focus on the most important part of your business – taking care of your clients.
