New Keystone Is Here – For Everyone!

June 20, 2013  |  by Tim

Question: Do you know/remember when Keystone was initially released?

Answer: Friday, August 29, 2003.

Since then, more than 16,837,245 customers logged in which resulted in 1,995,385 new listings and 60,769,404 edits. So far this year, the daily sales volume processed via Old Keystones averaged $111,261,874! Since August 29, 2003, the sold dollar volume that Old Keystone facilitated is about $430,829,310,759 … $430+ billion … WOW!

Yesterday, June 19, 2013, the last listing was entered in Old Keystone. In the wee hours of this morning, the last 17,000 MRIS customers from NVAR, GCAAR, and Garrett County were moved from Old Keystone to New Keystone. We now have 100% of our nearly 45,000 active customers using New Keystone as their listing maintenance system.

MRIS and more than 50 MRIS customer market segments shared their passion and knowledge in interviews, focus groups, user groups, and beta testing to make this transition go as smoothly as possible. And we are confident that the next 10 years will be even more successful than the previous 10.

For those who feel we still have more work to do, you are right! Later this year we will release Phase III – data field updates and reorganization – plus new functionality designed to help you work smarter, faster and more efficiently! Phase III will include the most requested updates and suggested fields such as increasing remarks characters, adding a Senior Living Section, adding needed Waterfront fields, and more.

Stay tuned to,, MRIS social media (Facebook, Twitter) and email communications for updates on Keystone and other MRIS products, news and events!

  1. I love the new keystone access I am glad that you are working on the features area. on the Matrix side in your reorganization please set the system up so you can search for both feature and price order as well? When I sort I like to know that I am getting the highest to lowest or vice versa and status at the same time when I want to find a property for a buyer… I need to be able to do both which I cannot right now???

  2. This is great, thanks!
