dreamstime_xs_20486356In addition to the federal changes to the HUD-1 and disclosure forms, there have been some changes to local real estate forms as well. Virginia has stopped using the same form as Maryland and Washington D.C., and these two locations have made some tweaks to their existing form—such as requiring a specified date for transfer of earnest money and switching to using percentages instead of dollar amounts.
