So Long PIN!

July 3, 2013  |  by Jess

Last night we completed the necessary work to streamline the login process for MRIS Systems.

What does this mean?

1. You are now able to log in with only your MRIS ID and password. No PIN required!

2. The six month password change policy is GONE! We have increased the time between SafeMLS password changes to a full year!

These changes had been requested by a large number of MRIS customers, and we are happy to be able to deliver them to you.

This is just the initial step. Also on our list of things to review is the length of the time out period when logged in to MRIS systems. We have heard this customer suggestion often, and we are taking those comments into consideration as we evaluate our current time out process.

Thanks again for your support!

Please change rental listings as rentals in all places. Takes time to change it from sale to other (no rental where it should be).

This is great! Now, if only I could count on the log-in boxes appearing on my screen, it would be REALLY great.

    Great for now.
Eventually please take out the length of time for password changing.
Taken the PIN out was a good idea.

A very welcome change and just and FYI: anyone who uses Top Producer's Top Marketer system will need to update their settings now that the pin is gone. Top Marketer sent me a warning that my MLS credentials were no loner valid when it tried to send out my Market Snapshots.

  14. Thanks for responding with a simple solution and not "that's the way we do it", great to allow access with two entries.
