To maintain your security and protect your data, MRIS normally prompts you with three login fields including your MRIS ID, PIN and Password. In the last few weeks you may have noticed that sometimes you have been asked for only your MRIS ID and PIN – but why?
Whenever you are prompted for just two of the three fields, MRIS is going into what we call “safety mode.” If there has been an unplanned system event or if a product is experiencing intermittent activity, the login fields will automatically change from three to two. MRIS has enforced this procedure in an effort to give you access to your data at all times.
