MRIS Customers will soon be able to auto-populate Schools Information into their listings (if you want to do so).
In the next Keystone release, listing agents will have the option to auto-populate the schools information provided to MRIS from an independent third-party source. As a listing agent, you’ll be able to review the information and decide if you want to keep it or delete it. If you delete it, you can still look up the school name or leave the field empty as you prefer.
To turn this feature on/off, log into Keystone and click the Preferences Link (top right corner). Make sure you are in the General Tab.
Note: The school information is found in the PROPERTY: Community section of the Keystone input form.
With this update, Matrix listing searches will get easier. When the buyer/renter has a school as part of the search criteria, you can add the fields called HighSchool, MiddleSchool, and ElementarySchool to your Matrix search screen. To add fields, go to the bottom of the criteria screen, look for Additional Fields and click Add or Add/Remove. Add fields you want to use and click Back to return to the search screen. Fields will be visible at the bottom of the screen.
