Visit mris.com/myaccount and select Annual Statement. Choose which year you would like a copy of and press “Click here for a printer friendly copy” to print.
Notice that 2011 Annual Statements aren’t up yet? Not to fear, we are working on them right now and they will be up on or before January 31st! When they are announced, you’ll know right where to find them!

Perfect timing since I just got my paperwork from my Broker last week.
I have finally started a spreadsheet this year of my donations of my time & money to non-profits. Every year I say I'm going to track this & I never keep up with it. So this year I finally started. Now I hope I will keep up with it.
