Log in to mris.com and select the “Live Chat” option (located in the Support Center section of MRIS Customers) to chat with an MRIS Customer Support Representative. Available until 9:00 p.m. everday, online chat is a great option to get your questions answered after call center hours. Online Chat is available Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Saturday -Sunday from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
