   When searching for open houses , we should be able to send the full listing not just the small open house report

     Hi John,
     You can send the listings from your Open House search results. Select the desired open houses. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the screen. Look in the bottom right corner for a field called Search Selected for. You will see a pull down. Use the pull down to reveal "Listings". Click on the word Listings. The screen will roll over into the search tab to display the listings for your selected Open Houses. Send you email from here by clicking "check all" and then using the Blue Email Button.

   On Tuesdays, I organize a Brokers' Open list for the agents who tour with me. I would like to select ONLY those BROKER O.H.s taking place on a single day. What I get now is a list of all open houses, public and broker, that are planned, not limited to a specific date. This capability would reduce my preparation time tremendously. Does the current parameter set allow this already? If so, I haven't found it. Thank you for asking.

     Hi Denny,
     When searching for open houses on a specific date;
     Find the field called Open House Date, remove the 0+ and use the calendar icon (to the right of the field), click the date you want to search for. This will enter the exact date and provide you with the results you need.

   I have had to cancel an open house that was already scheduled in MRIS but the system would not allow me to delete the Open House. Instead I had to change the date to a fictitious future date. There should be an option to delete an already scheduled open house.

   I would also like to be able to schedule open houses while I am entering the original listing instead of having to go back into the listing after it has been submitted & is active.

     Hi Susan,
     To delete a previously scheduled open house search in Keystone to find the listing, click the edit icon to edit the listing. Expand the navigation menu and click the Open House link. To the right, you will see the Open Houses that you have scheduled. Click the trash can icon to delete. You must confirm that you want to delete by clicking the Delete Button.

   Hi,
   Clients of mine have requested that I set them up on an automatic delivery of open houses. How do I do so from Matrix? I ran a search using their criteria and when I went to save it as an auto-delivery, that option is not available. They would like it delivered weekly. Please advise.

     Open house auto emails are currently not available in Matrix, but we have heard the suggestion before and have passed this valuable feedback on to our product management team.
