We Want to Know Wednesday: How Do You Remember Your Listings?

We aren’t trying to hide the fact that we have a few “tricks up our sleeves” for Keystone this year!  Our goal is to help you enter listings more efficiently, and we really can’t wait to show you the finished product.

Help ensure we are on track with the new Keystone by answering the following question: Are you more likely to remember your listing by MLS# or by address?

If you don’t understand why we are asking, that’s OK! This is supposed to be a teaser for what’s to come :-D! (Hint, hint, we may or may not be talking about a Keystone equivalent to the Matrix Speedbar Search.)

  1. When showing homes to Buyers, I make notes on my listing print out of what the buyer liked or didn't like. I also encourage them to make notes as well. I always look for outstanding features in a home.
