These “ballpark” estimates can be used to gauge buyer and seller interest and enhance your business opportunities with prospective clients. The new reports include:
- Buyer Quick Estimated Closing Costs Report – Generate a range of five estimated closing costs/monthly payment projections based on various factors and an estimated sales price.
- Seller Quick Estimated Net Sheet Report – Generate a range of five net proceeds projections based on estimated closing cost options and a sales price less the mortgage payoff.
Data entry based on percentage for various fields is used to more accurately calculate projections taking into consideration varying costs/fees as applicable in a given area.
So go play – check out the new reports now! Log into WebSettlement Xpress and select the Reports tab, and then select a report title in the left hand navigation menu. Need help? I was one of the original users of Settlement Express years ago. Since the slight name change and the content improvement I have just started re-using it. I had created my own program for my buyers and sellers. Now that you have proactively made some good changes I am beginning to enjoy it. I will let you know how I feel after a few months of usage.
