We’re pleased to announce our newest Keystone enhancements are now available. If you haven’t heard what these exciting new features are, check out the list below:
Copy Listing now copies PHOTOS
All of the photos from your previous listings as well as your Agent team’s listings (if you have an Agent team set up in Keystone) now copy over when you copy a listing, including captions, descriptions, and Main Exterior Photo Designation.
Also, as part of this release, listings created from tax records will no longer include a photo. You do have 48 hours to upload a main exterior photo to the listing after submitting to the MLS, so if you do not have one when you create the listing, you have time to take one.
Add virtual tour URLs to your listings
Simply click the Tours icon on the Keystone Homepage next to the listing, select Add Tour and fill in the name and URL for that tour.
One thing you must do, however, is make sure that the tour is unbranded. According to our Compliance Department, prohibited information in the video includes but is not limited to broker or agent information, email addresses, URLs, personal property or images, text, logo and obscene or profane material. The video must represent the actual property or artist representation, sketches, floor plans or plats of the property. Please verify that you have the rights to use the images in your virtual tours. The URL can’t have the broker’s name or the agents name. Suggested URL names include MLS number or property address.
We have provided a few examples of video hosting sites for you to explore on your own here.
Check your Sentrilock activity in Keystone
If you have a Sentrilock lockbox, attach that information to your listing in Keystone to track the number of visits as well as who showed the property, the contact information for that person, and when it was shown – without having to visit Sentrilock separately. Access this information by clicking the Lockbox icon next to the listing on your Keystone Homepage.
