We don’t want to jinx it, but it finally feels like Spring is here, doesn’t it?
As the housing market continues to pick up momentum, you’re going to get busy. Since you won’t have a minute to spare, we wanted to remind you of a recent MRIS Core Product addition that helps save you time and increase your chances of getting showings for your listings and/or finding the right home for your buyers.
ShowingTime for the MLS makes the showing process simpler and more convenient for agents on both sides of the transaction. Whether you’re the listing agent or the buyer’s agent, ShowingTime can make your job easier. Here are three ways how:
1. If you’re the listing agent, you can enter showing information for ShowingTime while inputting your listing into Keystone. If you’ve already submitted a listing to the MLS, you can still set up ShowingTime from your Keystone Homepage. Once you’ve set up ShowingTime for your listing, a buyer’s agent can see the “Schedule a Showing” link in both Matrix and the MRIShomes™ mobile app, making the showing request process extremely convenient for him or her (and hopefully bringing you more showings). 2. Another big benefit for agents? Feedback reports. What did the buyer like and dislike about the home? Should the seller paint those dark red walls in the living room or update the countertops in the kitchen? Now instead of having to call each agent and ask the same questions, you can send the same follow-up form to all agents who showed your listing to get their feedback. 3. Buyer’s agents will enjoy the ability to set up a ShowingCart™. Find and select the listings your buyer’s want to see, arrange them by location (with a map), and then request the showing appointments all at once.
