This is a friendly reminder to enter those comparables!
Help us increase the accuracy of our statistics and allow us to publish the year-end statistics earlier than we have in the past. If you have a listing that needs to be entered that is already Sold, enter YES for the Comparable Y/N field in Keystone. This allows you to enter the listing as Sold and adjust the dates for the past.

As always — don’t forget to check the Status, Contract Dates and Sold Dates on listings already in Keystone to keep the data as accurate as possible.
