We Want to Know Wednesday: Are There Advantages to NOT Having a Listing Photo?

November 16, 2011  |  by Anne

You are familiar with the MRIS Rules and Regulations and know that a main exterior photo must be included with 48-hours of a listing – but what if your seller doesn’t want their photo included in the listing?  You have the option to select the “No photo per seller” field in Keystone, but (and this is what we want to know) are there ever any advantages to not including a main exterior photo? Do you ever try to deter you sellers from requesting this option?

Let us know what you think or share a past experience with a clients that have not allowed photos of their listing.  Did the house sell fast? Did you end up adding a photo? Join the discussion below!
