What Does The ‘Green Leaf’ Icon In Keystone Mean?

January 19, 2017  |  by Ellen

Screen Shot 2017-01-19 at 9.00.14 AMWe wanted to send out a reminder about the green leaf icon (tinyleaf) that shows up next to many fields in Keystone. There are over a hundred of these green leaf icons in Keystone, and agents continue to tell us how helpful it is to have this extra information in cases where sellers aren’t sure whether their features qualify as ‘eco-friendly’ or not.

Click on the green leaf icon and a pop-up will appear with more details and definitions about the feature in each field, including extra information about what types of eco-friendly choices there are for each option. Below is a screenshot of the pop-up that occurs when you click on the green leaf next to Heating System. Note how the option that can be considered eco-friendly shows up in green.

Are you among the agents using these fields? If not, do you think you’ll start using them moving forward? Let us know in the comments.
