Here’s my first “Three Cents Worth” chart I posted on Curbed DC, a new addition to the Curbed blog network with a rabid fan base that is located in a number of large metro areas like NY, San Fran, Curbed, LA plus has other related sites. My future columns will be DC centric on the site and less intense, but I couldn’t think of a better way to start this than to compare the two markets via a timeline. I’m a big believer in providing context to market analysis.

Many consumers working with DC metro area agents and brokers who subscribe to MRIS and rely on RBI data will be checking it out regularly as another source cutting edge info on today’s market. RBI has the most robust housing data I’ve ever seen in my 25 year career as an appraiser/analyst covering many markets, but more importantly, I get to make up for not taking art class in high school.

Worth bookmarking or subscribing to.
